Facilities
Abundant facilities throughout the park allow our guests to enjoy their summer at the lake without making sacrifices.
- Our heated saltwater pool is less sensitive to skin and eyes than with traditional chlorinated pools
- Lucy’s Coffee Shop offers a small menu of camper favorites and an in-house ice cream parlor with an impressive selection of flavors
- Self-contained toilet, sink and shower restrooms are wheelchair and family friendly, and located near our gatehouse and near our amenities
- The recreation tent, gazebo and barbeque site is available to rent for private functions by seasonal campers
- The boat launch is easily accessible, and our marina offers a plastic composite dock system which is environmentally superior and friendly to both boats and personal watercrafts. Our boat house offers premium fuel sales lakeside for camper convenience
- Our sports courts offer something for everyone, including tennis, pickleball, and basketball
- Horseshoe pits and an outdoor checkerboard are available for games and tournaments
- Groomed beach areas offer relaxation, swimming, and volleyball on the beach
- Multiple children’s playground facilities are located throughout the park
- Laundry facilities on site
- Paved lakeside and secluded, groomed, and treed hiking trails
- Large green areas offer space for family activities for everything from playing catch with the kids, holding picnics, or basking in the sunshine
Heated Pool
Our 30 x 60 foot heated saltwater pool is open daily in the summer months. Adult swim time is offered from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, with exercise classes often available. General swim time is available from 11:00 am through 8:00pm, weather permitting. The pool area offers both seating and grassed areas for family enjoyment.
Sandy Beach Areas
Green Acres offers approximately three hundred feet of groomed fine sand beach area, perfect for sandcastle building, treasure hunts and enjoying summer days. For those who enjoy a great game or tournament of beach volleyball, our net is available throughout the season.
Marina & Boat House
Our marina and boat house are located at the center of the shoreline of the park, providing our campers the option of putting in boat lifts or docking watercrafts. The main marina offers plastic EZ docks, and wooden docks are available at both the south and north ends of the beach. The boat house is open from 9:00am through 5:00 pm daily for premium boat fuel sales.
Lucy’s Coffee SHop
For over 50 years Lucy’s Coffee Shop has been a part of Green Acres, offering a “snack shack” menu, cold drinks, and a popular ice cream parlor which offers a wide variety of flavors for all to enjoy on a hot summer day. The candy bar is always a favorite for a sweet treat as well!
Playgrounds
Green Acres offers four playgrounds, conveniently located for all to enjoy. Our largest playground is located near the pool, Lucy’s, and the sports courts. Our pirate ship playground is always popular, and all playgrounds are located where there is ample space to enjoy time with your family.
Sports Courts / Recreation Ten
The Green Acres sports court facilities are conveniently located near the pool, Lucy’s, and our recreation tent, which is available for campers to for private events. The tent also hosts children’s crafts, vendor events, or scheduled activities throughout the summer.
The sports courts are perfect for all ages, offering tennis, pickleball and basketball facilities. Prefer a classic challenge? Three horseshoe pits and an outdoor checkerboard are also on-site!
